Arrest in historic murder inquiry
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in Londonderry by detectives investigating a murder in the city 10 years ago.
The PSNI are carrying out renewed inquiries into the murder of 37-year-old Christopher O’Kane who was shot outside his home in the Waterside on 21 April 2001.
The man, who was arrested on Tuesday morning, has been taken to Antrim police station for questioning.
Searches have also been carried out at two properties in the city.
