Omagh bomb accused appears in court
The man accused of the Omagh bombing has appeared in court via video link.
Seamus Daly, who is 43 and originally from Cullaville in Co Monaghan, is charged with the murder of 29 people in the 1998 Real IRA atrocity.
Omagh Court heard that police have been in possession of the evidence against Daly for nine years and that no new evidence has been put to him.
Police hope to submit a file to the Public Prosecution service by the end of July.
