Man injured in city shooting
A MAN has been shot in a paramilitary-style shooting in west Belfast.
The victim, who is 26-years-old, was found at Whiterise in the Lagmore area of Dunmurry on Tuesday night, according to police.
The male was shot in both legs but the extent of his injuries are not yet clear.
Condemning the shooting, Alliance MLA Trevor Lunn said: “This was a horrendous attack. It is staggering to think that anyone could do this to someone.
“My thoughts are with the victim and I want to wish him a quick recovery from this deeply traumatic attack.”
Police have appealed for information in relation to the attack.
