Allarme sicurezza presso abbazia a Portglenone

Un allarme sicurezza è in corso alla Our Lady of Bethlehem nella Contea di Antrim

Gli artificieri dell’esercito britannico stanno esaminando un pacco sospetto ritrovato all’ora di pranzo di mercoledì nel parcheggio dell’Our Lady of Bethlehem Abbey (Abbazia Nostra Signora di Betlemme) a Portglenone.

L’abbazia è stata chiusa. Il monastero cistercense ospita 20 membri dell’ordine monastico.

Un allarme sicurezza a Dunmurray, sempre nella Contea di Antrim, è terminato.

Creighton’s Road, tra McKinstry e Old Golf Course, era stata chiusa dalla polizia, ma adesso è riaperta.

Non è stato ritrovato nulla di sospetto.

Security alert at Our Lady of Bethlehem Abbey

A security alert is under way at a village monastery in County Antrim.

Army bomb disposal experts are examining a suspicious package that was found in the car park at Our Lady of Bethlehem Abbey in Portglenone around lunchtime on Wednesday.

It has been closed. The Cistercian monastery is home to around 20 members of the monastic order.

A separate alert in Dunmurray, County Antrim has ended.

Creighton’s Road between McKinstry and Old Golf Course roads was closed for a time but has now reopened.

Nothing suspicious was found.
