Un ventiduenne è stato arrestato in collegamento con un attacco razzista contro tre uomini
I tre uomini, poco più che ventenni, sono stati aggrediti intorno alle 3 della notte tra sabato e domenica mentre percorrevano il Quenn’s Bridge a Belfast.
Nessuno è rimasto seriamente ferito nel corso dell’attacco.
Un uomo è stato arrestato in connessione con l’incidente con l’accusa di aggressione e di aver causato danni fisici.
Il fermato è stato poi rilasciato con la condizionale in attesa di ulteriori indagini di polizia.
La polizia, che sta gestendo l’incidente come un crimine di odio razziale, ha chiesto a chiunque abbia informazioni di contattare il numero telefonico 101 o di sentire in forma anonima Crimestoppers allo 0800 555 111.

Arrest after Belfast racist attack
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a racist attack on three men in Belfast.
The men in their early 20s were assaulted on the Queen’s Bridge at around 3am on Sunday.
They were not seriously injured in the incident.
A man was detained in connection with the incident on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
He was later released on bail pending further police enquiries.
Police, who are treating the incident as a racially-motivated hate crime, have asked anyone with information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
