La polizia sta indagando sul lancio di una bottiglia molotov contro un’abitazione di Galliagh
L’attacco è avvenuto nelle prime ore di venerdì scorso.
La PSNI afferma che la bottiglia molotov è stata lanciata verso la 1 di notte verso il vialetto di una casa a Rossnagalliagh.
Jonny Hunter, ispettore della polizia, ha affermato: “Le fiamme sono state spente dai vicini ma un’Audi lì parcheggiata è stata incendiata.
“Al momento non abbiamo stabilito un movente per l’attacco e la polizia vuole la collaborazione di chiunque abbia notato delle attività sospette”.
Non è dato a sapere se l’attacco è collegato ai recenti disordini avvenuti a Galliagh nelle ultime settimane.

CAR DAMAGED IN PETROL BOMB ATTACK IN GALLIAGH
DETECTIVES are investigating after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Galliagh.
The attack happened in the early hours of last Friday morning.
Police say the petrol bomb was thrown into the driveway of a house at Rossnagalliagh at around 1 am.
Inspector Jonny Hunter said: “The flames were extinguished by neighbourS but damage was caused to an Audi car.
“At this stage a motive has not been established and police are keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity.”

It is not yet known if the attack is linked ongoing trouble in Galliagh in recent weeks.
