La polizia è stata chiamata sulla scenta in Antrim Road quando il fumo è stato visto da testimoni, intorno alle 6.
La polizia ed i vigili del fuoco hanno riferito che il fuoco si è spento da solo prima del loro arrivo.
Ma hanno scoperto i resti di una bottiglia molotov in una classe al pianterreno e le prove del versamento di un accelerante attraverso la finestra di un’altra aula.
La polizia chiede informazioni alla popolazione.

Belfast school damaged in petrol-bomb attack
Police were called to the scene on the Antrim Road when smoke was spotted at around 6am.
The police and fire service said the fire had burned itself out by the time they arrived.
But they discovered the remains of a petrol bomb in one ground-floor classroom and found evidence that an accelerant was poured through a window in another.
The two rooms were badly smoke-damaged, as were adjoining corridors.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
