Lunedì un paramilitare a volto coperto ha letto una dichiarazione del gruppo armato, in cui si minaccia di uccidere altri agenti di polizia.
Oggi, durante il question time alla House of Commons, a Cameron sono state chieste informazioni sull’evento.
Il primo ministro britannico ha detto che la PSNI è stata sovvenzionata con il giusto quantitativo di soldi e fa pressioni sui poliziotti per rintracciare i responsabili.
“Sopra a tutte le voci che dovrebbero suonare nelle nosre orecchie c’è quella della madre dell’agente di polizia Ronan Kerr, che spera che questo non fermi altri cattolici dall’entrare nella PSNI e dal compiere un grande lavoro in Irlanda del Nord”, ha affermato Cameron.

A masked member of the terror group read out a statement at Creggan cemetery on Easter Monday, threatening to kill more police officers.
Mr Cameron was today asked about the event during question time in the House of Commons.
He said the PSNI is being backed with the right amount of money and urged officers to track down those responsible.
“Above all the words that should ring in our ears are those of the mother of police constable Ronan Kerr, who said that she hoped that this would not stop more Roman Catholics joining the PSNI and doing a great job policing Northern Ireland,” Mr Cameron said.
