Per la polizia la vettura era stata rubata fuori da un Charity Shop (negozio di beneficienza) in William Street nella mattinata del giovedì.
La proprietaria dell’auto ha cercato di fermare i ladri, ma è stata brevemente trascinata.
La donna, 72 anni, è stata medicata in ospedale per lo shock e per i tagli subìti.
L’area intorno a Dill Avenue è stata cordonata.

Bomb alert in Lurgan
A number of homes have been evacuated as police attend the scene of a bomb alert in Lurgan.
Police say the car had been stolen outside a charity shop in the William Street area on Thursday morning.
The owner of the vehicle tried to stop the robbers and was dragged a short distance.
The 72-year-old woman was treated in hospital for shock and cuts and bruises.
The area around Dill Avenue has been cordoned off.
