Colpi di pistola a Derry

La polizia sta indagando sui rapporti di due spari avvenuti a Derry, dopo che un uomo è stato minacciato da due persone a volto coperto

L’incidente è avvenuto poco dopo le 2:20 di giovedì notte, quando due uomini a volto coperto si sono avvicinati ad un’abitazione nella zona di Glencaw Park.

Uno degli uomini aveva in pugno una pistola. Un uomo che vive nella casa è stato minacciato ma non aggredito.

I due uomini a volto coperto sarebbero fuggiti in direzione di Leafair Park, dove due spari sarebbero stati sentiti riecheggiare nella zona.

La polizia sta ancora facendo le indagini e si appella ad eventuali testimoni.

Shots fired in Derry

Police are investigating reports of two shots fired in Londonderry after a man was threatened by two masked men.

The incident happened shortly before 2.20am on Thursday morning when two masked men approached a house in the Glencaw Park area.

One of the men was armed with a handgun. A man living in the house was threatened but was not harmed.

The two men are believed to have escaped in the direction of the Leafair Park, two shots were reported to have been heard in the area.

Police in Foyle are still making enquiries and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
