L’autovettura ministeriale del vice primo ministro Martin McGuinness è stata vandalizzata in un attacco fuori dalla sua abitazione di Derry
La polizia ha avvsato che un veicolo è stato danneggiato nelle prime ore di sabato nella zona di Westland Terrace.
Intorno alle 3:25 alcune pietre sarebbero state lanciate contro l’auto, infrangendo un vetro e danneggiando il testo.
Il vice primo ministro Martin McGuinness, Sinn Féin, ha detto che non si farà condizionare dall’incidente.
“Questo genere di attacchi sono inutili. Non mi farò piegare dal portare avanti le mie responsabilità e dal lavorare per costruire pace e riconciliazione”, ha detto McGuinness.

McGuinness’ car attacked in Derry
Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness’ ministerial car has been vandalised in an attack outside his home in Londonderry.
Police said a vehicle was damaged in the Westland Terrace area in the early hours of Saturday.
It is believed stones were thrown at it at 3.25am, breaking a window and denting the roof. Police have asked anyone who witnessed suspicious activity at around that time to contact them.
Sinn Féin politician Mr McGuinness said he will not be deterred by the incident.
He went on: “These type of attacks are pointless. I won’t be deflected from carrying out my responsibilities and my work to build peace and reconciliation.”
