Il dissidente repubblicano Declan McGlinchey di Gulladuff Road a Bellaghy, è stato rilasciato suu cazuine di 5.000 sterline dopo essere comparso ieri in aula a Belfast.
Il 32enne lavoratore edile nega le quattro accuse di preparazione di esplosivo con lo scopo di attentare a vite umane; possesso di esplosivi; costruzione di esplosivi e costruzione di ordigni in circostanze sospette.
Si ritiene abbia commesso i crimini tra il 17 gennaio e il 3 luglio 2006. E’ stato reso noto che una bomba era stata ritrovata a Bellaghy nel mese di luglio. Due garanzie di 5.000 sterline cadauna sono state altresì richieste, McGlinchey ha dovuto lasciare il proprio passaporto e dovrà firmare presso una stazione di polizia due volte alla settimana.

Dissident republican Declan McGlinchey from Gulladuff Road, Bellaghy was released on continuing bail of £5,000 after appearing before Belfast Crown Court yesterday.
The 32-year-old construction worker denies the four charges of making explosives with intent to endanger life; possession of explosives with intent to endanger life; making explosives with intent and making explosives under suspicious circumstances.
He is alleged to have committed the crimes between January 17 and July 3, 2006. It is understood a bomb was discovered in Bellaghy in July. Two sureties of £5,000 each were also ordered, the defendant was told to surrender his passport and to report to police twice weekly.
