La polizia sta continuando ad indagare il presunto lancio di una pipe bomb contro una vettura della PSNI avvenuto a Galliagh, Derry
L’attacco sarebbe avvenuto nel quartiere di Derry nella serata di venerdì.
La polizia ha eseguito delle ricerche nelle zone di Leafair Park e Racecourse Road sia lunedì che martedì, senza trovare nulla.
L’ispettore Tony Moore ha avvertito la popolazione di essere vigile e di comunicare la scoperta di oggetti o attività sospette.
“Se vedete qualcosa che vi sembra fuori posto o che solleva i vostri dubbi, non toccate nulla”, ha spiegato.

Searches after ‘pipe bomb thrown at Derry police’
Police are continuing to investigate reports that a pipe bomb was thrown at a PSNI patrol in the Galliagh area of Londonderry.
The attack was said to have been carried out on Friday night.
Police carried out searches of the Leafair Park and Racecourse Road areas on Monday and Tuesday but nothing untoward has yet been found.
Inspector Tony Moore said local people should be vigilant in the meantime and report any suspicious objects or activity.
“If you do see something that is out of place or arouses your suspicions, do not touch it,” he advised.
