Sabato una famiglia è rimasta illesa dopo che un proiettile è stato sparato attraverso una finestra della casa di Draperstown
L’incidente è avvenuto intorno alle 22 nella zona di Drumard Road a Draperstown, Contea di Derry. La polizia ha confermato che la famiglia si trovava all’interno ma nessuno è rimasto ferito.
Gli agenti stanno indagando per scoprire il movente dell’attacco.
Hanno chiesto a chi ha visto l’attacco, o a chi si trovava nella zona sabato sera e ha notato qualcosa di sospetto, di mettersi in contatto con loro.
Un portavoce ha aggiunto: “Siamo ansiosi di sentire i proprietari nell’area, per escludere qualsiasi sparatoria legittima sui loro terreni”.

Family unhurt by shot through window
A family have escaped injury after a shot was fired through the window of a house in Draperstown, Co Londonderry, on Saturday.
The incident happened at around 10pm in the Drumard Road area. Police said the family were indoors at the time but were not hurt.
Officers are now working to establish a motive for the attack.
They have asked anyone who saw what happened, or who was in the area on Saturday night and saw anything out of the ordinary, to get in touch.
A spokesperson added: “They are keen to hear from any Landowners in the area to rule out any legitimate shooting on their lands.”
