Esecutivo nordirlandese “vicino ad accordo su budget”

L’Esecutivo sarebbe molto vicino ad un accordo sul budget nordirlandese

Tra oggi e domani si potrebbe giungere all’accordo sul budget complessivo per il governo nordirlandese, mentre l’Assemblea dibatterebbe il piano finanziario nella giornata di mercoledì.

Richiede l’ accordo tra DUP e Sinn Fein su alcune questioni, comprese le indicazioni di dove effettuare i risparmi, ma anche quanti ulteriori soldi vanno recuperati.

Il primo ministro ed il vice primo ministro sono sull’Isola di Man per partecipare ad un incontro del British Irish Council.

Stormont è l’ultima amministrazione, tra quelle separate da Londra, a pianificare il budget.

NI Executive ‘close to agreeing budget’

There are strong indications that the Executive is close to agreeing a budget.

It could come as early as Tuesday, with the Assembly debating the proposed financial plan on Wednesday.

It requires agreement between the DUP and Sinn Fein on issues, including not just where savings will be made, but how more money might be raised.

The First and Deputy First Ministers are in the Isle of Man attending a British Irish Council meeting.

Stormont is the last devolved administration to agree a budget.
