Graffiti settari contro Orange Hall a Dunloy

Una Orange Hall di Dunloy, Contea di Antrim, è stata imbrattata con graffiti

La polizia sta indagando per il danneggiamento criminale della Orange Hall nella zona di Station Road.

L’attacco sarebbe avvenuto tra venerdì sera e sabato mattina. La polizia sta gestendo l’attacco come se fosse di tipo settario.

L’Orange Order ha condannato l’attacco e chiede ai propri membri di restare vigili.

“Questo è ancora un attacco settario contro la cultura protestante e orangista e dovrebbe essere condannato da chiunque”, riferisce la Grand Orange Lode of Ireland.

“E’ stato fatto chiaramente per creare tensioni nell’area ma domandiamo alla gente di non cadere nella trappola”.

Orange hall in Dunloy is targeted in graffiti attack

An Orange hall at Dunloy, County Antrim, has been sprayed with graffiti in a vandalism attack.

Police said they were investigating an incident of criminal damage at the hall in the Station Road area.

The attack happened some time between Friday night and Saturday morning. Police said they were treating the attack as being sectarian.

The Orange Order has condemned the attack and urged its members to remain vigilant.

“”This is yet another sectarian attack on Protestant and Orange culture and should be condemned by everyone in the community,” the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland said.

“It is clearly designed to create tension in the area but we would urge people not to fall into that trap.”
