L’amministrazione dell’Irlanda Occupata (DUP, SDLP e Provisional Sinn Fein) sostenuta sai loro padroni di Westminster stanno sperando di ravvivare il loro grembiule con il sangue fresco di un altro repubblicano irlandese. Il suo nome: Liam Hannaway.
A chi si affida? Interessa davvero? La risposta dice che è allineato alla continua lotta per la Libertà irlandese. E’ un repubblicano irlandese. E’ figlio, padre, compagno e amico di qualcuno. E’ un essere umano.
Oggi state pigramente in attesa, permettendo che questo accada. Sicuramente non ora, non di nuovo. Deve soffrire un’altra famiglia repubblicana?
Ventinove anni sono passati da quando dieci giovani uomini hanno orgogliosamente raggiunto Emmet, Tone, Connolly, Pearse, McCurtain e McSwiney. Non un altro. Non ora, non di nuovo.
Liam Hannaway ha raggiunto 36 giorni di sciopero della fame (il comunicato è del 19 maggio 2010 – ora i giorni di sciopero sono 38, Ndt) a Maghaberry; ignorato dai mezzi di comunicazione e senza possibilità di farsi sentire.
Liam appare in buono spirito ma la sua salute si sta deteriorando rapidamente, più velocemente di quanto ci si attendeva. E’ pallido e debole. Ha problemi a stare in piedi. E’ determinato a vedere accolte le sue richieste, principalmente quella di essere trasferito nell’ala repubblicana Roe House.
Recentemente ha firmato una direttiva medica secondo la quale, qualora dovesse entrare in coma o diventare inabile, non devono essere eseguite manovre per riportarlo in vita.
Sappiamo che recentemente è stato chiesto alla sua fidanzata Allison se le recenti elezioni possono essere state un fattore per cui l’orribile situazione di Liam sia passata sotto silenzio, insieme alle continue crisi dei prigionieri repubblicani di Maghaberry. “Oh, assolutamente”, ha affermato la donna. “Questi sono gli uomini che Adams ed il Provisional Sinn Fein vuole dimenticare”.
Non ora. Non di nuovo.
Sei tu; sei tu che puoi dare voce alla causa di Liam Hannaway.
Per motivi umanitari, apri la bocca. Fai sentire alla Gran Bretagna il nostro grido.

Not Now, Not Again. Not another Irish Republican, how soon we’ve forgotten.
The administration in Occupied Ireland (DUP, SDLP and Provisional Sinn Féin) supported by their masters in Westminster are now hoping to freshen their blood soaked apron with another Irish Republican. His name, Liam Hannaway.
Who is he aligned too? Does it really matter? The answer, he is aligned to the continued struggle for Irish Freedom. He is an Irish Republican. He is someone’s Son, Father, Partner, and Friend. He is a Human Being.
Today are YOU going to idly standby and allow this to happen. Surely Not Now, Not Again. Must another Republican Family grieve?

Liam Hannaway today enters his 36th day on hunger strike at Maghaberry Jail; ignored by the media and denied a voice.
It would appear Liam is in fair spirits but his health is deteriorating rapidly, far faster than expected. He is pale and weak and is having trouble standing. He is determined to see his demands, chiefly to be moved to the Republican landing at Roe house met.
He recently signed an advance medical directive stating that should he fall into a coma or become incapacitated, not to revive him.
It is our understanding that His fiancé Allison was recently asked if she thought the recent elections in the occupied North could be a factor in why Liam’s horrific situation has gone virtually unnoticed, along with the continuing crisis to all republican prisoners at Maghaberry jail. “Oh, absolutely”, she stated. “These are the men that Adams and Provisional Sinn Fein want to forget”.
Not NOW; Not again.
