Some of the favourites to win are politician Mairead McGuinness at 6/1 and broadcaster Miriam O’Callaghan 7/1.
Among a host of other politicians, Eurovision winner and former MEP and presidential candidate Dana is backed at 66/1.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny made the list at 33/1.
Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams is available at 80/1, while his deputy Mary Lou McDonald has odds of 20/1.
In a broader approach, bets can also be placed for ‘any candidate aged 34 or under’ at 33/1.
It is expected the Taoiseach will hold a general election in 2016 but a date is yet to be confirmed.
