Un gruppo paramilitare lealista ha lanciato minacce di morte contro i membri della PSNI e della Commissione Parate
Due immagini sono state inviate ai media. Mostrano tre uomini a volto coperto vestiti con abiti in stile paramilitare seduti ad un tavolo con due pistole e due fucili semiautomatici sul tavolo.
Il gruppo – ancora senza nome – ha rilasciato una dichiarazione in cui afferma che dopo “il brutale assalto” della scorsa notte “contro la comunità PUL (Protestante Unionista e Lealista, Ndt) e l’uso casuale di proiettili di plastica che hanno rischiato di ferire gravemente la nostra gente, non abbiamo scelta se non annunciare che la PSNI e la Commissione Parate sono obiettivi legittimi”.
Il gruppo ha aggiunto: “Non volevamo finisse così ma la nostra gente ha sofferto abbastanza negli ultimi anni e noi come lealisti disimpegnati e scontenti sentiamo sia giunto il momento di agire. Non ci arrenderemo”.
La PSNI non ha rilasciato commenti.
New loyalist terror group issues death threat to PSNI and Parades Commission as ‘legitimate targets’
An armed loyalist group have issued death threats to members of the PSNI and the Parades Commission.
Two pictures have been issued to the media showing three masked men in paramilitary style clothing sitting at a table with what appear to be two handguns along with two semi-automatic weapons.
The un-named group released a statement saying after last night’s “brutal assault upon the PUL community and the random firing of baton rounds aimed to seriously injure our people we are left with no other option but to announce the PSNI and Parades Commission are legitimate targets.”
The group added: “We do not want to take this course of action but our people have suffered enough over the last few years and we as disengaged and disgruntled loyalists feel like the time has come for us to take action. No Surrender. “
The PSNI were unable to comment when contacted by the Belfast Telegraph.
