Due uomini sono stati arrestati dalla polizia che sta indagando sull’omicidio di David Byrne avvenuto a Dublino durante le operazioni di pesatura in vista di un incontro di boxe
Davyd Byrne fu ucciso nel Regency Hotel di Dublino lo scorso 5 febbraio.
Gli uomini arrestati, entrambi di oltre 50 anni, vengono interrogati nelle stazioni di polizia di Ballymun e Clontarf.
In totale sono sette le persone arrestate finora nel corso dell’indagine per l’omicidio di David Byrne.
La polizia irlandese ritiene che fossero almeno sei le persone coinvolte nell’attacco al Regency Hotel, nel corso del quale due persone rimasero ferite.
Un uomo, il ventiquattrenne Patrick Hutch, nel corso di maggio è stato formalmente accusato per la morte di Byrne.

David Byrne murder: Two men arrested over boxing weigh-in attack
Two men have been arrested by police investigating the murder of a man at a boxing weigh-in event in Dublin.
David Byrne was shot at the Regency Hotel in Dublin on 5 February.
The men, both aged in their 50s, are being questioned at Ballymun and Clontarf police stations.
In total, seven people have been arrested as part of the investigation into Mr Byrne’s murder.
Irish police believe at least six people were involved in the attack at the Regency Hotel, which left two others wounded.
One man, 24-year-old Patrick Hutch, has been charged with Mr Byrne’s murder.
