Omicidio Jean McConville: altri due arresti
TWO MEN ARRESTED OVER JEAN MCCONVILLE MURDER
DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Belfast mother-of-ten Jean McConville over 40 years ago have arrested two men today.
A 63-year-old man was arrested in Forkhill, Co Armagh by a special team set up to investigated the mother-of-ten’s murder in 1972.
A 64-year-old man was arrested in Co Antrim at the same time during co-ordinated raids.
Mrs McConville was abducted from her flat in west Belfast, shot dead and secretly buried by the IRA.
Her body was found 30 years later on a beach in Co Louth.
Detective Inspector Neil McGuinness said the latest arrests have brought the total number of people detained in a murder investigation to 11.
