Omicidio Kerr: concesso altro tempo per interrogare la donna fermata
Police granted extension in Kerr probe
Police have been granted more time to question a woman in connection with the murder of Catholic police officer Ronan Kerr.
Constable Kerr, 25, was murdered at the beginning of April after a booby trap car bomb exploded under his car outside his Omagh home.
The 36-year-old woman was arrested in Pomeroy, Co Tyrone, on Tuesday morning and taken to Antrim Police Station for questioning.
Police have confirmed that they now have until Friday evening to question her.
