Venerdì la polizia ha arrestato un ventiseienne in relazione ai disordini di East Belfast
L’uomo è accusato di assemblea riottosa, ostruzione al traffico in luogo pubblico e due accuse di possesso di un’arma offensiva in luogo pubblico.
Comparirà in aula a Belfast giovedì 18 aprile.
Le accuse sono legate ai disordini esplosi nella parte orientale della città nel mese di dicembre 2012.
Sono circa 220 le persone arrestate dalla polizia nel corso dell’Operazione Dulcet, portata avanti da una squadra appositamente creata dopo le settimane fi disagi legati alla disputa sulle bandiera in tutta l’Irlanda del Nord.

Man charged in Operation Dulcet probe
A 26-year-old man has been charged by detectives from Operation Dulcet in connection with public disorder in east Belfast.
The man is accused of riotous assembly, obstructing traffic in a public place and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 18 April.
The charges relate to trouble that broke out in the east of the city in December 2012.
Approximately 220 people have now been arrested by the Operation Dulcet taskforce, which was set up in response to weeks of unrest associated with flag protests across Northern Ireland.
