Abbiamo ricevuto notizie che la richiesta di Marian per il rilascio compassionevole chiesto dopo la tragica morte della sorella Dolours è stata rifiutata, nonostante le sia stato garantito il rilascio.
Visti gli attuali problemi di salute di Marian è ridicolo pensare che possa provocare problemi di sicurezza o di fuga. Sentiamo che questa decisione non sia altro che la prosecuzione di una viziosa e vendicativa campagna orchestrata dal Prison Service, dal Ministero della Giustizia e dal Segretario di Stato in combutta con l’MI5 per cercare di distruggere Marian sia psicologicamente che fisicamente.
Chiediamo a chiunque di condannare apertamente questa eclatante infrazione dei fondamentali diritti umani di Marian.

We have received news that Marian’s application for compassionate parole following the tragic death of her sister Dolours has been refused, despite her being granted bail earlier today.
Given Marian’s current health issues it is laughable that she would pose any kind of security or flight risk. We feel this decision is nothing more than a continuance of a vicious and vindictive campaign on the part of the Prison Service, the Department of Justice and the British secretary of state along with MI5 to destroy Marian both physically and mentally.
We would urge all right thinking people to utterly condemn this blatant breach of Marian’s fundamental human rights.
