Due uomini e una donna sono stati arrestati in collegamento con gli attacchi razzisti a East Belfast.
Una pistola, munizioni e droghe sono state ritrovate durante le perquisizioni nella zona di Castlereagh, avviate dopo l’incremento degli episodi razzisti in tutta la vittà di Belfast.
Gli arresti sono stati compiuti dalla squadra PSNI che gestisce l’Operazione Reiner.
I due uomini – di 41 e 43 anni – e la donna – di 41 anni – sono stati arrestati in base alla Legge sul Terrorismo.
I tre restano in custodia della polizia nordirlandese.
Hate crime probe: Two men and woman arrested, gun and drugs seized amid east Belfast search
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with hate crime in Belfast.
A gun, ammunition and drugs were also found amid searches in the Castlereagh area, in connection with the increase in racist attacks across the city.
The arrests were made as part of the PSNI’s Operation Reiner.
The two men – aged 41 and 43 – and a 41-year-old woman were arrested under the Terrorism Act.
They remain in police custody.
