“E’ chiaro che la sua presenza qui è per prevenire il trasferimento dei poteri di Westminster su ‘polizia e giustizia’ a Stormont”, ha detto.
“Qualsiasi trasferimento di poteri britannici sulla cosiddetta ‘polizia e giustizia’ no avranno un reale effetto. Infati gli ‘Stormontiani’ incaricati di sorvegliarlo – specialmente i Provisional – dovranno uscire dal loro modo di dimostrare lealtà alla cosiddetta ‘giustizia britannica’.
“E per gli Stati Uniti affermare che detengono qualsiasi primato morale in termini di diffusione di pace e democrazia è francamente ridicolo.
“Malgrado la signora Clinton afferma che i Repubblicani Irlandesi ‘minacciano la sicurezza di ogni famiglia’ qui, la realtà è che sia gli USA che gli inglesi minacciano la sicurezza dell’intero mondo. Il miglior contributo che possa fornire all’Irlanda è fare le valigie e tornarsene a casa”.
CLINTON SHOULD GO HOME
“It is clear that her presence here is to pre-empt devolution of Westminster powers over ‘policing and justice’ to Stormont,” he said.
“Any transfer of British powers over so-called ‘policing and justice’ will have no real effect. Indeed the Stormonteers charged with overseeing this – especially the Provisionals – will go out of their way to demonstrate their loyalty to so-called ‘British justice’.
“And for the United States to claim that it holds any moral high ground in terms of spreading peace and democracy is frankly laughable.
“Whilst Mrs. Clinton claims that Irish Republicans ‘threaten the security of every family’ here, the reality is that both the USA and the Brits threaten the security of the entire world. The best contribution she could make to Ireland is to pack her bags and go home.”
