E’ la seconda persona accusata della morte di Geoff Kerr, 60 anni, assassinato nella sua casa di Templepatrick, Contea di Antrim, da persone che si introdussero con la forza nell’abitazione il 27 aprile.
L’uomo comparirà davanti al giudice nel tribunale di Larne durante questa mattinata.
Lunedì un altro uomo era stato portato in tribunale con la stessa accusa.
Darren Ivan Kernohan, 33 anni, di Moss Drive ad Antrim, ha parlato solamente per confermare di aver compreso le accusa, in una udienza presso il tribunale di Ballymena durata solamente 5 minuti.
Kernohan è stato rimandato in custodia per comparire in videoconferenza al tribunale di Antrim il 26 maggio prossimo.

Second man charged with Antrim murder
He is the second person charged over the death of Geoff Kerr, 60, who was shot dead at his home in Templepatrick, Co Antrim, by intruders who came to his door on 27 April.
The man will appear at Larne Magistrates Court later this morning.
On Monday another man was in court charged with murdering the father-of-four.
Darren Ivan Kernohan, 33, from Moss Drive, Antrim, spoke only to confirm he understood the charges during a five-minute hearing at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court.
He was remanded in custody to appear via video link at Antrim Magistrates’ Court on 26 May.
