Sette persone compariranno oggi in tribunale per rispondere di una serie di accuse legate alle attività repubblicane
Sono stati accusati anche di essere presenti “in un luogo utilizzato per l’addestramento dei terroristi”.
L’uomo è accusato di aver raccolto informazioni da trasmettere ai terroristi.
Entrambi compariranno in tribunale ad Omagh.
Nel frattempo tre uomini, di 41, 42 e 47 anni, sono accusati di cospirazione all’omicidio, cospirazione per causare un’esplosione, preparazione di atti terroristici e raccolta di informazioni.
Il quarantasettenne deve rispondere anche di direzione del terrorismo.
I tre uomini sono stati fermati lunedì a Lurgan.
Nel comunicato della PSNI si legge: “Le accuse, alcune delle quali sono state utilizzate raramente in Irlanda del Nord, sono il risultato di un’indagine sulle attività terroristiche repubblicane.
“Gli agenti hanno lavorato a stretto contatto con i colleghi dei Servizi di Sicurezza e, di recente, con la Pubblica Accusa (Public Prosecution Service – PPS) per giungere ad un punto in cui le accuse sono state emesse”.
Altri due uomini, di 33 e 34 anni, arrestati sabato scorso a Carrickmore e Omagh, sono stati accusati di possesso di arma da fuoco con l’intento di danneggiare vite umane, presenza in un luogo utilizzato per l’addestramento dei terroristi e preparazione di atti terroristici.
Anche loro compariranno sabato presso il tribunale di Omagh.

Seven charged with dissident offences
Seven people are due in court on Saturday charged with a range of dissident republican terrorist offences.
They are also charged with attending ‘a place used for terrorist training.’
The man has also been charged with collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists.
They are due to appear in court in Omagh.
Meanwhile, three men aged 41, 42 and 47 face counts of conspiracy to murder, conspiracy to cause an explosion, preparation of terrorist acts and collecting information of use to terrorism.
The 47-year-old has also been charged with directing terrorism.
The trio were arrested in Lurgan, Co Armagh, on Monday.
A PSNI statement said: “The charges, some of which have been used seldom in the past in Northern Ireland, are the result of an investigation led by police into dissident republican terrorist activity.
“Officers have worked closely with colleagues in the Security Service and, latterly, with the Public Prosecution Service to reach a point where charges have been brought.”
A further two men aged 33 and 34, who were arrested in Carrickmore and Omagh last Saturday, have been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, attendance at a place used for terrorist training and preparation of terrorist acts.
They will also appear at court in Omagh, also on Saturday.
