Tre arresti per la bomba di Lurgan

La polizia che indaga sull’attacco durante il quale tre bambine sono rimaste ferite, ha fermato tre uomini

La bomba è esplosa il 14 agosto in un bidone, mentre la polizia stava indagando su un altro allarme bomba presso la vicina scuola primaria.

Le tre bambine, tra 2 e 12 anni, hanno subito lievi ferite.

La polizia ha fermato i tre uomini a Lurgan durante un’operazione di ricerca. Anche alcuni oggetti sono stati portati via per essere esaminati.

I repubblicani sono indicati come i responsabili per la bomba esplosa senza alcun avvertimento in North Street.

Three men arrested over Lurgan bin bomb

Police investigating a bomb attack in Lurgan in which three children were injured have arrested three men.

The bomb, on 14 August, exploded in a bin while police investigated a warning that another device had been left at a nearby primary school.

The three children, aged between two and 12, suffered minor injuries.

Police arrested the three men during a search operation in Lurgan on Wednesday. A number of items were taken away for examination.

Dissident republicans were blamed for planting the bomb which exploded without warning in Lurgan’s North Street.
