Uomo accusato per la bomba di Strand Road a Derry

Un uomo è stato accusato per l’attacco esplosivo contro la stazione di polizia di Derry

Il ventiduenne, proveniente dalla zona di Derry, è accusato di aver provocato l’esplosione, di sequestro e di dirottamento del taxi utilizzato nell’attacco contro la stazione PSNi di Strand Road di agosto.

E’ anche accusato di possesso di arma da fuoco e appartenenza ad un gruppo paramilitare repubblicano.

Il giovane è comparso in aula venerdì presso la Dungannon Magistrates’ Court.

Man charged over PSNI base bomb

A man has been charged with a dissident republican bomb attack on a police station in Londonderry.

The 22-year-old, from the Derry area, is accused of causing an explosion, hijacking and false imprisonment following the attack at Strand Road barracks in August.

He is also charged with possessing a firearm with intent and membership of a dissident republican group.

He was due to appear in at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
