Uomo gambizzato a West Belfast

Un uomo è ricoverato dopo un attacco in stile paramilitare avvenuto a West Belfast

La vittima – si ritiene abbia una ventina d’anni – è stata trasportata in ospedale dopo essere stata ferita con un’arma da fuoco in un ingresso comune agli appartamenti di South Link.

Gli hanno sparato alle ginocchia ed alle caviglie, secondo quanto riferito da un portavoce della polizia.

Le indagini sull’incidente sono in corso, ha aggiunto.

La polizia chiede informazioni ai testimoni.

Man shot in west Belfast

A MAN is recovering after a paramilitary-style attack in west Belfast.

The victim – believed to be in his twenties – was taken to hospital after suffering gun shot wounds in a communal hallway in flats at South Link.

The man was shot in the knees and ankles, according to a police spokesman.

Inquiries into the incident are ongoing, he added.

Police are appealing for information.
