La Battle of the Bogside (Battaglia del Bogside) è stata una battaglia condotta dai residenti dell’omonimo quartiere repubblicano di Derry.
Per quattro giorni, dal 12 al 15 agosto 1969, il quartiere è stato difeso strenuamente dagli stessi abitanti, contro i tentativi della Royal Ulster Constabulary di disperdere i manifestanti repubblicani che contestavano contro la parata degli Apprentice Boys of Derry.
Gli scontri durarono ben tre giorni e tre notti, provocando centinaia di feriti tra le forze di sicurezza e un numero imprecisato tra gli abitanti del Bogside.
