La polizia indaga su un attacco incendiario contro una chiesa di Bangor
Gli incendi sono scoppiati nel portico d’ingresso e vicino all’altare, causando danni da fumo.
Nessuno è rimasto ferito.
Il parlamentare DUP di North Down Alex Easton ha detto che l’attacco non ha ottenuto “nulla tranne che innalzare le tensioni e creare divisione”.
“Chi ha compiuto questo attacco non riflettono la comunità locale e condanno appieno le loro azioni”.
La polizia indaga e chiede a chiunque abbia notato qualsiasi attività sospetta di contattare gli uffici.
Arson attack on Bangor church
Police are investigating after an arson attack on a Catholic church in Bangor.
The fires broke out in the entrance porch and close to the altar, causing smoke damage.
No-one was injured.
North Down DUP MLA Alex Easton said the attack achieved “nothing only but to heighten tensions and create division.”
“Those who carried out this attack are not reflective of the local community and I totally condemn their actions.”
Police are investigating and have appealed for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity to contact them.
