In una dichiarazione, gli avvocati fanno sapere: “Interverremo presso il Public Prosecution Service per conto dei nostri clienti in riferimento ai procedimenti penali e abbiamo già scritto al Public Prosecution Service avvertendo che faremo questi interventi a tempo debito.
“Ci sono altri procedimenti legali da valutare. Li prenderemo in considerazione”.
Tredici persone furono uccise il 30 gennaio 1972 a Derry, quando i soldati del Reggimento Paracadutisti inglese aprirono il fuoco contro una marcia per i diritti civili. Un altro uomo morì qualche mese dopo per le ferite riportate.

Bloody Sunday families ‘consider legal options’
Solicitors representing some of the families bereaved by Bloody Sunday have said they are considering the ‘legal options available.’
In a statement the solicitors said: “We will want to make representations to the Public Prosecution Service on behalf of our clients in relation to prosecutions and indeed have written to the Public Prosecution Service and advised that we will be making those representations in due course.”
“There are other legal processes to consider. We will consider these.”
Thirteen people were shot dead on 30 January 1972 in Derry when British Army’s Parachute Regiment opened fire on a civil rights march.
