Portadown: accuse reciproche tra lealisti e nazionalisti
Loyalists and nationalists blame each other for trouble
LOYALISTS and nationalists are blaming each other for the 11th night disorder that erupted in Portadown.
Three homes in the mostly nationalist Craigwell Avenue came under attack by a mob around 2am on Tuesday morning.
The mob broke windows and forced the residents, who were foreign nationals, to flee their homes.
The incident sparked a tense stand-off between nationalist residents and police in riot gear. Officers made two arrests during the course of the night.
